Patki Family's 4 BHK Row House
Vashi, Navi Mumbai
A 4-bedroom row house in Vashi where every inch had to work hard — compact rooms that now feel open, calm and easy to live in.
The case study
- Challenge
- Compact living, kitchen and bedroom spaces, a family who needed every inch to work harder, and a site outside our Pune base.
- Design direction
- Space-saving layouts and built-in storage that keep floors clear, finished in a light, calm palette.
- Result
- Delivered on time from our Pune base, with regular on-site visits all through execution.
Despite the limited space in the living area, kitchen and bedrooms, they ingeniously crafted a design that made our home feel surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Despite their base in Pune, their commitment to on-site visits and timely deliveries was a game-changer. — Mr. & Mrs. Patki

Your Home Deserves More Than a Beautiful Design.
It deserves a team that can take it from idea → design → execution → handover.
